These are the prices during early access. Figures may firm up at general availability, and the commitments below set out exactly how we will treat them if they do.

During early access, every feature is available on all plans — only client capacity is tiered. Feature-based tiering arrives at general availability.

Our written commitments

Pricing you can plan around, and the freedom to leave whenever you choose.

Three-year price lock

From general availability, your annual price is held for three years. Any rise after that is capped at the lower of RPI or 5% — a written 3-year price-lock, so you are never surprised at renewal.

No auto-renewal traps

We remind you before every renewal. There are no hidden auto-renewal charges, no long notice periods and no penalty for choosing not to continue.

Export and leave

Your records are yours. You can export your data in open formats whenever you want it, and moving on is always straightforward — we will never hold your records hostage.
